In this weeks Opposition Focus, Matt Wiggins spoke to Leicester Fan TV to get a Foxes perspective ahead of tonight’s 18:00 Kick-off…

Fulham vs Leicester, what comes to mind when you think of this fixture from years gone by?

The most recent game that comes to mind is the cup game that ended 3-3 AET went to penos and Fulham missed their first 3 penalties and we won 3-0.

Last time, Fulham came out on top with a 2-1 win at the King Power. What went wrong for Leicester that night?

We had 6 key injuries and the team struggled to break you down after you took lead.

Currently you’re fourth in the league and well within contention for the title. Can you win the league again?

I don’t think we are title contenders but we are in for a shout of a top 4 place and still in contention in FA Cup and Europa League.

The January Transfer Window has closed and there wasn’t many deals in the Premier League. Do you feel as though Leicester needed to strengthen their ranks?

We definitely need a striker as cover for Vardy because he isn’t getting any younger and an attacking midfielder but we didnt sign anybody.

Who’s one Leicester player that Fulham need to watch out for on Wednesday evening?

Harvey Barnes is getting better every week and has found his shooting boots, which he hadn’t found until this season.

Who’s one Fulham player you feel that can threaten Leicester at Craven Cottage?

I’d say Ademola Lookman. Ever since he missed that penalty he has been playing well for you.

When we last spoke, your top 4 predictions were: Liverpool, Man City, Chelsea and Leicester and you had a bottom 3 of: WBA, Brighton and Burnley. Are there any changes you’d make to those predictions this time round?

Liverpool, Man City Man Utd and Leicester would be my top 4 now as Chelsea have dropped off big time. As for going down Sheff Utd, WBA and 1 of Newcastle/Brighton/Fulham.

Finally, how do you see the game panning out and what do you think the score will be?

I want Leicester to win but with Fulham needing the points I think it will be an open game so I will go for 2-2 because if you can’t win don’t lose.
