We are playing really well at the moment. Time to carry that on and see if we can upset the apple cart with a win against the Red Devils…
Our last few performances have been superb. If Cav had taken his chance and Robinson not got himself sent off, we could have beaten Chelsea. Even with 10 men we were still competing. Hopefully this January we can add quality in the forward positions and then I would say we are likely to stay up. Still, there’s a long way to go, plenty of points to play for and United provide us with a tough challenge but one I think we can rise to. If we play like we did against Spurs and especially Chelsea we will give them a good game. Man United find themselves as early title contenders without being amazing. They have a lot of quality but I believe we can get a good result.
Ademola Lookman to get on the scoresheet.

COLLINS JOHN’S VIEW
Manchester United are back on top of their game and are unbeaten on the road, with the best away record in the division. So this is going to be a tough task for us. Having said that, we have proved that we can compete against the bigger clubs and this recent spell since beating Leicester away has made me so proud of my club.
You can see that we are improving and that the team are giving everything at the moment. It’s a shame that we haven’t been rewarded with more points for our efforts but unfortunately if you don’t score goals, you won’t win many games. I keep on saying it but we don’t take our chances! The Chelsea game was another example of this. We did ever so well with ten men to keep fighting but the game could have been so different if Ivan had finished that golden chance just before the red card happened. That is how simple football is sometimes.
I don’t think we should change the way we play, we’ve been brilliant, brave, organised and have found a way to compete against the very best sides. It’s not easy to find the answer to the missing piece of the jigsaw during the January window but we have to try and bring in a striker who suits this style and give can us a clinical edge in front of goal. If we do that, I think we will stay up.

LAST TIME OUT
FULHAM 0-3 MAN UTD (2018/19)
The last time we played Man United we lost 3-0 at Craven Cottage. A Paul Pogba brace and a Tony Martial goal ensured the visitors left with all three points. Looking back at some of these games reminds me how unbelievably bad we were that season.
PLAYERS IN COMMON

BATTLE TO WATCH
HARRISON REED VS PAUL POGBA
Paul Pogba is a 27-year-old French midfielder who was once the most expensive player in the world. He is very inconsistent but when he is on his game he is a world beater. His passing range and physicality makes him a handful for anybody marking him but it really depends on if he can be bothered or not. Somebody who will be bothered is Harrison Reed who recently has been phenomenal. Hopefully Reed’s non-stop energy and drive will be enough to extinguish Pogba’s threat.
