CRAVEN COTTAGE | 17:30 KO

Our London Derby losing streak has come to an end after our draw on Wednesday. Can we get another good result against under pressure Frank Lampard’s Chelsea?

With our game against Spurs being arranged for Wednesday, I did not think our team had enough time to prepare for the fixture. I was gladly proved wrong. Our performance was full of passion and drive which we can hopefully take into our game against Chelsea. Lampard is under pressure so this is a must-win game for him. His team have a lot of quality so will be tough to beat but I think we can provide an upset.

In terms of our team, I would start Areola in goal, a back three of Aina, Andersen and Adarbioyo, Tete and Robinson on the flanks, Anguissa, Reed and Onomah in a midfield three with Lookman and Kamara starting as a front two.

I think we will draw 1-1 with a Kamara goal.

FULHAM 1-2 CHELSEA (2018/19)

The last time we played Chelsea we lost 2-1 at Craven Cottage. All of the goals were within 11 minutes of themselves with Gonzalo Higuain putting Chelsea in front before a Callum Chambers equalizer. Jorginho scored the winning for Chelsea in a game which we fought well but didn’t have the quality to find an equalizer.

BATTLE TO WATCH

ADEMOLA LOOKMAN VS REECE JAMES

Reece James is a 21-year-old right-back who came through the Chelsea Academy. He has emerged as a brilliant talent especially under Lampard playing 53 games. His pinpoint crossing makes him a threat to any team but I feel like Lookman can get at him and expose him defensively.
